The gardens of MOMUS-Museum of Contemporary Art at TIF-HELEXPO are filled with art, music and people who co-shape the contemporary cultural identity of Thessaloniki, as another… sunshine, on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, from 18:00 to midnight, in an open invitation to all!

Deputy Minister of Culture, responsible for Contemporary Culture, Iason Fotilas inaugurated the new art and culture space.

A new cultural space is now operating at Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia” 

The Ministry of Culture, the Metropolitan Organization of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki-MOMUS and Fraport Greece are pleased to announce the official opening of MOMUS Air, a new museum located at Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia”, now operating in the airport’s departures area.

Due to a sceduled upgrade of our accounting systems, no financial transactions will be carried out at MOMus Museums in Thessaloniki and in Athens, from Tuesday, 8 to Sunday, 20 July 2025. 

For this reason, during the same period: 

• Entry to all MOMus venues will be admission free for all visitors. 
• All sceduled guided tours will be admission free as well.
• The eshop will remain on system, so purchases can take place exclusively on line.
